Fernando Valenzuela was born on November 1, 1960, in a small town in Mexico, bit his dreams reached for beyond! Nicknamed "El Torro", Fernando dazzled baseball fans with his powerful pitches, especially during his unforgettable 1981 rookie season with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
